<!-- GSTVerify Widget -->
<div id="gstverify-widget"></div>
<script src="https://gst.getbusiness.co.in/widget/gstverify-embed.js" defer data-cfasync="false"></script>

How It Works

The widget loads asynchronously via a single <script> tag — no impact on your page speed (under 5KB gzipped). It creates a self-contained GSTIN verification form wherever you place the container div. When a visitor enters a GSTIN, it calls the GSTVerify API and renders the result inline — business name, registration status, entity type, and registration date.

Use Cases

B2B marketplaces (verify sellers before listing), procurement portals (validate vendor GSTINs during onboarding), accounting software (inline verification during invoice entry), CA/tax consultant websites (offer free verification as a lead magnet), and e-commerce platforms (display verified supplier badges).

Customisation

Control the widget appearance with data attributes: data-color="#f0883e" for button color, data-text="Check" for button text, data-width="360px" for width, and data-branding="false" for white-label (API plan users only).

Frequently Asked Questions

Copy the two-line embed code and paste it anywhere in your HTML. The script loads asynchronously via the defer attribute, so it won't block your page rendering. The widget creates itself inside the container div automatically.
No. The script is under 5KB gzipped and loads with the defer attribute, meaning it downloads in parallel and executes after your page is fully parsed. Zero impact on Core Web Vitals.
Yes. API plan users can add data-branding="false" to the container div for a completely white-label widget with no GSTVerify branding.
The free widget uses the same rate limits as the main GSTVerify site. For high-traffic websites processing more than 100 verifications per day, we recommend our API plan which includes dedicated rate limits and priority processing.
Yes. Use data attributes on the container div: data-color for button color, data-text for button label, data-width for maximum width, and data-branding to control the powered-by footer. See the documentation above.
The widget works on any website that supports HTML and JavaScript — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, React, Angular, Vue, plain HTML, and any other web platform. It's a single script tag with no framework dependencies.
No. The widget makes a stateless API call when a GSTIN is entered and displays the result. No cookies, no tracking, no data stored on the visitor's browser.
