GSTVerify ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by GetBusiness and is accessible at gstverify.co.in. We are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.
2.1 Information you provide: When you create an account (via Google Sign-In), submit a GST registration application, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
2.2 Information collected automatically: When you use GSTVerify, we automatically collect: IP address (stored as a one-way hash for rate limiting), the GSTINs you search, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not store raw IP addresses.
2.3 Payment information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details. We receive a transaction confirmation and amount from Razorpay.
We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the GSTVerify platform; process payments and credit purchases; send transactional emails (payment confirmations, GST registration status updates); improve our services; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use session cookies (essential for login and CSRF protection) and may use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
We offer login via Google OAuth. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google account beyond these basic profile details. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Search logs are retained for up to 90 days. GSTIN cache entries expire after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
We use the following third-party services: GSTN API (GST data lookup), Google OAuth (authentication), Razorpay (payment processing), ZeptoMail / Zoho (transactional email). Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
