1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GSTVerify at gstverify.co.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GSTVerify provides tools to verify GSTIN numbers, calculate GST, search HSN/SAC codes, generate invoices, and apply for GST registration. Data is sourced from the official GSTN API. GSTVerify is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the Government of India, GSTN, or CBIC.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a Google account sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or API keys with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use GSTVerify for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data beyond what is facilitated by our paid Bulk or API tiers; attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our rate limits; use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others; or violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations.

5. Accuracy of Data

We source GST data from the official GSTN API. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. GSTVerify data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for legal or financial decisions. Always verify critical information directly at gst.gov.in.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GSTVerify — including the website design, code, logos, and text — is the property of GetBusiness and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. GST data sourced from GSTN belongs to the Government of India.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSTVerify and GetBusiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: reliance on inaccurate GST data, ITC disallowances, or tax penalties. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

9. Changes to Terms
